NEXT SESSION: JANUARY 23 - 27, 2017

In this course, participants will have the opportunity to go through the entire project cycle, seeing how an intervention unfolds from the assessment to the evaluation stage while testing various tools. The course is based on the Result-Based Management concept and uses the logical framework as a tool.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Define and explain the Result-Based Management concept
  • Explain and apply the various steps of a needs assessment
  • Design projects using the logical framework
  • Program activities
  • Design a monitoring and evaluation systems
