Master of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Action (MAS)

The Master of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Action is a 10 - 12-month, full-time course of 60 ECTS credits.
The MAS is specifically designed to benefit professionals working in the humanitarian sector and related fields. The programme's core objectives focus on the acquisition of theoretical tools and practical skills applicable in the challenging context of present-day humanitarian operations. Multidisciplinary & Interactive Postgraduate Education | |
| The MAS offers postgraduate-level education focused on building in-depth understanding of the central conceptual and operational aspects of humanitarian action. Teaching is multidisciplinary and interactive, with a special emphasis on the dynamics between emergency and development aid. Case studies and analyses of armed conflicts, 'natural' catastrophes and social exclusion - the three key sources of humanitarian disasters - are carried out throughout the course in seminars and lectures limited to a maximum of 30 students. » Learn more about the programme components |

The teaching language at CERAH is essentially English. However, French-language students may take written tests and write their research report in French.
