CAS: Programme at a glance
At the beginning of the XXI century, the world is confronted by an accumulation of crises which are causing misery amongst the most vulnerable populations. Humanitarian assistance is needed to ensure the survival of such populations after a natural disaster, financial collapse or conflict. At the same time, crises have become very complex and each requires a specific response in constantly changing contexts.
