Board
The Governing Board is the management body of CERAH. It is composed of representatives of university faculties, the IHEID (Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies) and humanitarian organisations. Two further individuals are co-opted. The Governing Board has the following terms of reference:
a) determines the Centre’s strategy
b) determines, orients, and oversees the management and internal evaluation of the teaching, research and services required to accomplish the Centre’s objectives
c) develops and transmits the regulations to the competent authorities and ensures that they are respected
d) within the Governing Board, a committee is responsible for mediating student complaints
