Joëlle Gentile joined CERAH in October 2007 (then known as PIAH).

With a degree in Business Administration (HES) she has worked for a number of companies in the Geneva region.

She acquired various skills prior to joining CERAH, among others by carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and designing a salary management programme.
